Now that the weather’s turning and the kitchen is bearable to work in once again, it’s time to fire up that oven and crank it to 11. Homemade pizza, using local ingredients found on my walk home from the F train? Count me in.

Only next time, I will skip the knife and fork. But DEFINITELY not the frosty glass of beer.
