The winner will be selected and emailed at 4pm. You must be able to pick up the tickets in DUMBO before 7pm or meet up at Radio City by 7:45pm.
Good luck!

Getting some red hook lobster pound and having a big cookout with friends on a roof deck, without a doubt the best thing you could do ANYWHERE, but especially in Brooklyn!

Brooklyn is so diverse that my favorite thing to do is to fill my Saturday with back-to-back events. I start by walking from my house to Prospect Park for a 2 loop run early morning. I catch all the regulars even – the resident retired professional walkers and runners and wave a hello and stop for a small chat. I return home, grab a vegan energy bar from eat, drink, smile Naidre’s. Then I hop on the G to Clinton Washington and make a cameo at the Fort Greene Flea as an early bird attendee. See all my locals, buy and support my DIYers, by now its lunchtime at the flea and I’m sampling that GOODNESS. I head home and decide to walk it, and take 5th avenue south and hit the string of vintage stores (Beacons, Governors, Odd Twin Trading) to continue my never ending search for the perfect vintage pair of blue jeans.
I drop off my goods, take a nap. I wake up head to South Slope coffee for their amazing soy latte, stop at a friends on the way back, return home to do a little Saturday surfing and blog reading before I go hit an indie music spot just about anywhere in this fabulous borough of ours!

A perfect weekday night is a self-made picnic complete with smuggled wine at Celebrate Brooklyn. A perfect Saturday is riding to Red Hook, having a muffaletta at Fort Defiance, then shopping all the cool stores in the hood.

Backyard barbecues at my place, kiddie pools, pogo stick jumping, bike rides as far as I can pedal, bus rides to Jersey, checking out all of the beaches accessible by public transport and bike, free shows and movie screenings, home made ice coffee (cold brewed please) and ice pops–especially four loko ice pops, the never ending search for a mate with an air conditioner, and so on, et cetera.
