We here at For the Love of Brooklyn wish to extend a hearty congratulations to Barry Yanowitz, whose work we’ve featured many times on the site. Barry has managed to achieve a photographer’s dream: to get his work published in the National Geographic magazine!
This past week, I found out that Barry was contacted late last year by National Geographic editors searching for photos to use for their April water issue. His gallery of photos featuring the Olafur Eliasson waterfalls in NYC struck a chord with the publication giant, and they have featured his work in the current issue! Make sure to pick up a copy (or click through the e-gallery) and congratulate Barry on the wonderful accomplishment!
