This morning, I reluctantly flipped my calendar to October and kissed the summer goodbye. There was a chill in the air as I ride my bike through the Slope and through Gowanus on the way to work; I am glad I rediscovered my cache of autumn scarves to stave off the breeze.

The great thing about Fall, though, is the long walks. I can’t wait to take one this weekend.
